Everything! What is advertised is what you get. I've stayed in hostels prior to this, but the amount of comfort I felt here, I didn't want to leave. I'll start with the kindness of the staff. I had a long journey and arrived way earlier than I expected. Casually went to drop off my bag, but the one for the staff at the front desk told me it was okay to use the restroom to freshen up. Now, this was a suite restroom. I had my bathe, even did my makeup 😆 before I checked in without any rush. That set the tone for my stay. The cleanliness, the decor, the bed, the smell, the lounge, the willingness to help, the central location - I was thrilled to stay here and look forward to being back / trying other locations
