Great apartment in good condition with all helpful amenities in the kitchen. Two TVs, good Wi-Fi coverage, air conditioning and a safe. Welcome gels and shampoos, tea, coffee. Reasonable check-in and check-out hours (from 14, until 12). Great location, close to 2 nearby metro stations (Ventas and Manuel Becerra).

So clean and spacious and well designed, equipped with everything could you need for your stay and more. one of the best places I've stayed at during my travels. Very responsive and kind host, good location, safe building, no noise. some might say it's on the pricey side, but I've stayed at total dumps for not much cheaper. 10/10 for me

Objekat 60 Balconies Iconic je smešten u centru grada Madrid, blizu znamenitosti Metro stanica Gran Via, znamenitosti Muzej Tisen-Bornemica i znamenitosti Gran Vija, a ima sezonski bazen na otvorenom.... everything was great. amazing stay and would definitely come back if Im ever again in Madrid. super spacious room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, FULL of amenities and appliances (even a washer and a dishwasher!!). location was fantastic and hotel staff extremely friendly - even got a complimentary tapas at the rooftop bar one night.

The location was within a 20min walk to most attractions and restaurants that we wanted to go, the staff were really caring and looking to meet the needs of the customer, super clean, modern and comfortable. Our stay was wonderful!

Objekat Casa de Lorca u ponudi ima smeštajne jedinice u gradu Alcalá de Henares, a nalazi se na 26 km od znamenitosti Kongresni centar IFEMA i 32 km od znamenitosti Stadion Santjago Bernabeu. Very very cosy place host was very welcoming as well.

The apartment is as advertised and in a location that is close to all attractions. Cafes, supermart, pharmacy etc all within walking distance. We booked the 2 bedroom with terrace and it was the perfect size for our family of four adults and one child. All amenities in the unit is complete. There is nothing we could ask for. Although we do not meet the host we appreciated the communications to keep in touch important. The host was responsive and would check in with us daily just to touch base. This is so important as we are in a foreign country and do not speak Spanish. My daughter who is pregnant felt unwell late evening and we were concerned finding a doctor on call would be hard but our kind hosts kept us calm and was able to guide us to an emergency service if needed.

The facilities in and out side room are pretty good. It's not cheap but it is the best hostel I stayed in Spain. (I had a ten days trip in Spian during Chitistmas.)
