The staff couldn’t be more professional and helpful. I didn’t use the spa, so cannot comment on it. Amazing breakfast. Very convenient underground hotel parking. The location is also perfect, very close to the historic center.

The hosts were really polite, answering all our questions and providing helpful instructions. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals in. Overall, we had a very cozy evening and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the charm of Riquewihr in a comfortable, authentic setting!
