The location is great. The space is youthful and fun! the staff is excellent. ! i was under the weather and without asking the staff prepared a warm drink and gave me a fruit basket to eat. The common areas are lovely and we enjoyed playing table tennis there ! The rooms are warm and comfortable! highly reccomend!

The rooms are fantastic—spacious, well-designed, and the addition of a small kitchen with a full-size fridge is a great bonus, especially in the city centre. Everything was spotless, and the A/C kept the air fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is, of course, unbeatable, sitting on the top floor of St James Quarter. Parking was an absolute breeze—you simply park in the main shopping mall’s underground garage, where there are plenty of spaces. It cost only £26 for two nights after getting the ticket validated at reception. If I’m not mistaken, £26 is the maximum charge, meaning even for a week-long stay, you’d only pay that amount as long as you don’t take the car out.

Impeccably clean house with an absolute star of a host. Mandy went above and beyond to communicate with us prior to arriving. The room was highly elegant with a modern shower and luxurious fittings. The bed was perhaps the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The hot tub was an added value; loved the breakfast and banter. I would rate a strong 10/10 and will be back.
