The installations are wonderful! Close to the city center (and with free transport almost anywhere) but not so close that its noisy. The rooms are beautiful and super clean. I must say though that the best thing of this hotel is the staff! They are the friendliest and nicest people we have ever met. Loved sll of them!! Always with a smile

Definitely lives up to its 5 star reputation, staff are exceptionally polite and accomodating, the food is a good price and delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

I practically live in hotels due to my job (usually i stay in chain hotels). So when ever i go for vacation i try to choose small boutique hotels. And ecozy dijawa is the next star on the block. I am so lucky to have stayed there. Its a new small boutique hotel, everything is new (furniture / appliances) Feels fresh and clean. Breakfast area is super cute,chilled area to read/chill. The staff is super friendly, genuinely helpful. Nova was very helpful and attentive to details. Location is great,close to all the main shops/ restaurants. I will miss this place 💖

Beautiful facility with a super friendly staff. Spacious and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the location is good if you want a calm and serene atmosphere. It is also accessible from main Uluwatu areas.

From the warm welcome at 3am from Jay at reception, to the immaculate room, super well managed by Mr Gede and his whole team and eventually a warm goodbye from Yuni. The property looked brand new! Location in Nusa Dua is excellent and off the major traffic jams. Wonderful facilities- SPA, Pool, Gym, Delicious restaurant and breakfast. I would highly recommend this well run resort. Just wonderful.

Arka the general manager was great and Emi the staff too.

Very nice resort with all facilities. Staff was more then friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Room was very big with top comfort beds. Shuttle service was very helpful and comfortable.
