Excellent location- easy walking distance of Eyre Square but not close enough to be kept awake at night. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Will look to stay here again the next time I’m in Galway.

I was super grateful to be given a room on the top floor - not only quiet but cosy, nicely decorated and with self-regulated heating. Bathroom well-sized, modern and super clean with instant hot water. Breakfast was amazing, too - choice between several options and while I twice had the Irish breakfast, e.g. the pancakes looked great, too. The room was ready when I arrived a bit before check-in time, and the host was super welcoming. Good location, if you don't mind walking a bit into the city centre (and prefer being away from the hassle). Supermarket and several food options within 5 min walking.

Mary’s home is beautiful, the Christmas decor was a lovely touch! The room was VERY spacious, so comfortable and had all the amenities! Breakfast is self service and generous options are there. Mary was absolutely wonderful, enjoyed our chat. Great hospitality!

We couldn't have hoped for a better stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet spot outside of the city but that's still close to Galway and easy access to so much of the beautiful Irish countryside.

Paula and the breakfast staff were very welcoming, and a staff member kindly defrosted our car windows before leaving. The breakfast was extensive, with a range of homemade baked goods, yoghurt and muesli, followed by a cooked breakfast of several options.
