The place is located in close proximity to the Metro and ferry terminal which made it easy for us to travel to the train station and taking a ferry to Capri. We were pleasantly surprised by how big and spacious the room was and very clean. The staffs were very polite, and shared detailed directions and check-in instructions a few days prior our arrival. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by them and they also went the extra mile to check on us every day just to make sure we had a good rest. We truly appreciate their superb hospitality!

The property is a high level hotel. The rooms are very nicely equipped, having a large TV and also a comfortable large double bed. Although the hotel is not centrally located they offer a free shuttle to and from Naples city center. Mauro, the driver is very helpful with tourists, offering his local knowledge of the history of Naples and places of interest. He is also a very gentle person, like all the other employees,including reception staff, chambermaids and waiters. My next visit to Naples will definitely be at Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel.

The staff was amazing, willing to help always, they upgraded our room as soon as they saw we are a couple without charging us the difference. The room was clean, it had a massager and a bathtub with incredible view. The location is perfect. Just a great place!!
