Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, excellent service, great location, breakfast was good. Exceptional customer service and staff. I strongly recommend hotel to everyone.

RoheN HAKONE YUMOTO features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Hakone. Well located in the Hakone Yumoto Onsen district, this hostel provides a bar. Really happy that they created a dorm for single travellers, it's very comfortable and a beautiful place, staff is very friendly and there is a calm piano music in all common areas. And includes very good breakfast. My favourite accommodation during my entire trip in Japan!

The hotel was quiet and elegant in every way. I loved all of the automatic sliding doors and the modern, clean aesthetics. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and even arranged for a taxi to pick us up the morning we checked out. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the onsen was clean, relaxing, and quiet.

Situated within 17 km of Hakone-Yumoto Station and 39 km of Shuzen-ji Temple, Rakuten STAY FUJIMI TERRACE Hakone Ashinoko offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hakone. This place was amazing. It had a great view of the lake and shrine, very clean, outside onsen, a quick walk to shop and bus stop. The whole family enjoyed this place.

Set 1.8 km from Yokohama Marine Tower, Hotel Comento Yokohama Kannai offers 3-star accommodation in Yokohama and features a restaurant. This was the very first hotel we check in upon reaching Japan, and it was such a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, comfy bads, clean, and location is close to amenities and the station but not too close that it was peaceful and away from crowds. Breakfast buffet had a good mix of western and Japenese. Although the spread wasn't as wide as other hotels, the quality of the food was fresh and tasty. It raised our expectations for our stay in Japan but nothing came close in comparison after. Definitely our family's favourite, we'll definitely make another booking if we ever do visit Yokohama again.

The room was spacious and luxurious. The onsen was great. We slept very well in the calm environment. The beds were comfortable.

I went there for the Ado concert and loved how close and easily accessible the concert hall was from the Hilton. Next the rooms was great and the staff friendly and helpful. I'll likely stay here again next time I come to Yokohama. Lastly, Yokohama is a great ward and area to be in. it's a little far from Tokyo but if you're are down to stay in Yokohama then you'll have a blast.

The hotel had a service apartment feel. There was a microwave oven in the room and there were many drawers in the new closets. There was also a guest lounge on the 7th floor and coffee is served there as well as in the waiting room on the ground floor. The gym was free to use and it was adequately equipped.
