The bed, room and toilet is super clean, they provide a small bag just to put our clothes and towel when we are going for shower. Love the cosy but minimalist design, a muji style hostel. The staffs are very friendly.

This is a perfect choice for your hiking, skiing, onsen, snow or simply relaxing trip in Zao Onsen. -Location is the best, i literary removed my skis in front of the hotel door after the last slope. The hotel provides space to dry your boots and gloves and store your gears/skis. This hotel is the perfect hotel for skiers and snowboarders. It is in front of multiple gondolas and ski-lifts in Zao Onsen resort. Nearby there are restaurants, ski rental shops and many public bath / Onsen. The hotel is 15 minutes walk to a convenience store ( Lawson) and I personally walked 15 minutes from Zao Onsen bus station to the hotel when I first arrived. - Room was comfortable, spacious, warm and simple. The temperature can be adjusted with an heather. It wasn’t my first time sleeping on the Japanese Futon, and I love it every time. if you want to enjoy Japanese culture this is a good start! Wifi works perfectly. -bathrooms are clean and never crowded. -Staff is wonderful. Ryo and the lady working in the hotel are super kind and sweet. They are very nice and helpful. They will help you in everything you need during your stays. They will recommend you the best onsens, how to rent your skis, how to get your ski pass ticket, how to get to the top on the mountain in 45 minutes like a Japanese to see the snow monsters! To get to the hotel there a many buses during the day from Yamagata station to Zao Onsen bus terminal. From the bus terminal I waked to the hotel with my bag and boots and is not difficult for me even with lots of snow on the road. But there are some taxis to book. Thank you, see you soon

The accommodation experience was great. It was a quiet and comfortable location. The room was very clean. The owner of the accommodation was very nice and could communicate with guests through translation software. In addition, the owner’s cooking skills were very good. We enjoyed rich and delicious breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended this accommodation to everyone.

Great clean hotel, a bit out of city center. Massively spacious for its price. Easy to communicate with the hotel through WhatsApp. On-site food and drinks available. The staff was beyond exceptional, offered car rides into the city both on the evening of the festival and after checking out. Super friendly and great English both from the manager and car drivers.

Bridge 33 CAFE AND HOSTEL มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใน Takagi ห่างจากศาลเจ้าชิโอกามะ 11 กม. Compared to some places I've rated a 10, this could be a 12! Amazing value. It's a short walk from the two main stations (around 10 mins) and about a 20 min walk to the famous bridge. The place was modern (seemed recently opened) and was very clean throughout. I had a single room that was really spacious. The bed was comfy and it was a really quiet area. Best night's sleep in over a week! The kitchen/ lounge area was also spacious and clean. The owner/ staff were also really friendly and stopped in to have a chat. I wish I could have stayed longer - the cafe/ bar downstairs seemed like a cool place. Highly recommend!
