The house is beautifully designed and we loved that it's different than most Japanese guest houses. It's lovely to have such a modern and cozy concept in a small town, away from the crowds. There is actually a lot of charm in the town and it was one of our favorite stops on a month-long trip to Japan. That is also because of Alrik, who manages the property. He was so kind, hospitable, and friendly! We felt welcomed as friends, not just hotel guests. He did everything we could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is a beautiful forest around, the view from the top of the town is lovely, so is the walk by the river and sunset. The Shinto shrine was such a special experience too! Thank you, Alrik and Next Chapter for this beautiful stay! We will come back to the area just to visit the guest house again, especially if Alrik is still running it!

We had an excellent stay, the room was so nice and confortable, and the onsens are great. But what makes it so special is the super friendly staff!

Featuring beautiful nature views from its rooftop hot spring bath, Hotel Kazurabashi offers Japanese-style rooms and a dining room where food is prepared in the hearth at the guest's table. The dining area was very atmospheric. It was probably the best hotel dinner we've had in Japan. The service was excellent, and the hotel owner came out to sing a song during dinner, which was lovely. Also, the spa (onsen) was wonderful.

I can’t recommend this place enough

Terletak di Mima, 41km dari Shiraha Shrine, PAYSAGE MORIGUCHI mempunyai pemandangan taman. A wonderful rest place close to the first temples on the 88 pilgrimage. Everything is super well thought out, modern and yet full of tradition. It is intimate with 5 rooms and in an Meiji era home with a beautiful neighborhood of similar structures. The Italian restaurant several doors down is also excellent.
