The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The in-room air conditioning was very welcome, as was the beautiful swimming pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we always felt safe and secure. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely Hotel just near the Bocana beach. From most rooms you can see the sea and hear it as well which we liked. Nicely designed and furnished we also enjoyed the swimming pool. Our room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable in every way. Next time we will stay longer. We had a car and that made it very easy to go around and to go in town. The restaurant looks and feels very nice, we enjoyed a nice drink in the afternoon there and the staff all over the hotel was great and helpful.

The apartment is beautiful and location is great. It is a 5 min walk to the major grocery, a 15 min walk into the town center and only a 8 min walk to Santa Cruz Beach. We picked the apartment based on being able to walk to these areas and wanting a place where we could have breakfast and to bring/make dinner if we wanted. The hot tub was nice to have, it was more of a warm tub which worked with the hot weather. The air conditioning was excellent in each room. The kitchen is well equipped. Wifi is excellent and has access to TV apps. The staff were responsive and helpful when we had questions.

Spacious, pretty new and clean apartment with air conditioning. Friendly and accomodating host. Wifi was good. There was a parking spot in the yard of the apartment. Location was OK, in a quiet side street, but we drove to the supermarket (Soriana / Chedraui) and the beaches (good snorkeling at Playa Entrega). Would stay there again.
