In Cusco´s San Blas art district, Amaru Inca is set in a colonial house with internal patio and garden, featuring scenic views. It’s a beautiful lodging that’s right at the heart of the historic center. I love the decor and the provisions included, nothing was lacking or overdone. I was able to connect with the hotel via whatsapp before arriving and they arranged for a taxi pickup at the airport to avoid overpriced fees if booking from there. We stayed for only one night but I wished we had used it as a base for the rest of our trip because everything you need (wrt travel around Peru) can be arranged in Cusco. Laundry, tours, and bag storage are also available.

Situated in Cusco, 3.1 km from Wanchaq Train station, Way Kap Hostel Cusco features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a bar. One of the best hostels in Peru. I enjoyed the common area with comfortable swing chairs where you can sip mate de coca, always for free for all the guests. The staff are super friendly and helpful. A real paradise :)
