Pross' Residence is built on a spacious piece of land, with plenty of space for BBQs, lazing around the garden etc... Accommodation was quite comfortable, though I thought the mattress was too soft for me 😁. All beds have mosquito nettings. Location was also quite quiet. Didn't have issues with vehicle sounds, like in some places. We had a simple breakfast of chapatis and eggs, with fruit, and tea. Lovely hosts; Prossy and Mark (her son). They were very accommodating with our late check in and early checkout. It was also VERY affordable.

One of my favorite places to stay in Uganda. We always stay here when we travel through Uganda with our students for a school project. The staff is really nice and also thinks about you when you are sitting outside, they remember what you had for drinks etc, so they ask if you would like a ... (your favorite drink). We had one day free in our schedule so we asked the staff what was nice to see or do in the neighbourhood and they gave us some nice options. So we visited the Boomu Womens group and a local wine-maker. Also they offer chimpanzee trekkings, which we always do with them.
