The rooms were kept clean all the time and the entire facility was always impeccably clean. The customer service was phenomenal.

Featuring an indoor pool with outdoor access and a hot tub, this Mount Vernon, Illinois hotel is located off Interstate 57, just 14 minutes’ drive from Green Hills Golf Club. The complimentary food provided was fantastic. Dinner and breakfast was provided as part of the price for the night stay. It was wonderful :) The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Staff was courteous and smiling !!

The property is tucked away but very close to the interstate and food/shops. Very quiet and no noise at night. The home is absolutely immaculate inside and out. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We will most definitely be back next year! The home is secure, safe, and so cozy.

Being just a 7-minute walk from the metro made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The area felt safe and pleasant, adding to my overall comfort. The staff were exceptional. Despite facing payment issues during my check-in on June 20th, they handled the situation with incredible kindness and patience, going out of their way to assist me. Every interaction with your team was warm and welcoming, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I commend your hotel for its guest-oriented approach and wish you continued success. I look forward to staying with you again in the future :)
