Located 23 km from Sesame Place, Courtyard by Marriott Hamilton offers 3-star accommodation in Hamilton and features a shared lounge, a bar and barbecue facilities. We ran into little problems with our booking, we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and one room was canceled by the hotel staff by accident. The night shift manager corrected the issue so we could check in , but the reservation still needed to be solved so we didn’t have to pay extra. The morning manager Ms Laurelle Whitaker and the front desk agent name Kim have gone out of their way, helping me to locate booking.com info, contacting booking.com to straight everything out while handling other tasks of a busy morning . Their efforts to work and make sure the hotel provides 100% positive care for customers are greatly appreciated by us .

The owners ensured we had everything we needed and more. We left early in the morning and were provided with a top notch take away box with muffin, juice, fresh fruit and yoghurt! second morning we were served a gourmet hot breakfast. very comfy bed, very clean. highly recommend!
