What a privilege to be able to stay there! I really loved my stay, the room was huge, the building is super well preserved and the neighborhood is absolutely lovely, like you are in a movie (sorry, I’m European ahahah), with plenty of food options around. The breakfast in the room was a great touch. Pippi was also super kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful building with amazing common spaces both indoor and outdoor, including the spa, the yoga shala and the swimming pool and very stylish design. All is new, well curated and functional at the same time. The rooms are really cozy.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy. All information about the facility was clearly posted. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice extra. The cottage had everything we needed for a weekend getaway.

Everything was just perfect, the place was charming. We were served a delicious breakfast. Maria was very welcoming, and attentive to everything we needed.

This Federalist style boutique hotel in Newport, Rhode Island is just a 10-minute walk from the scenic Cliff Walk and beach. It features individually themed rooms and on-site parking. We stayed in the cottage which is a delightfully quiet room in the garden. A four poster bed en suite with tea and coffee making facilities. Fresh pastries are provided for breakfast in the main house where the various residents exchange their stories. The hotel is a short walk from Bellvue which provides a little eatery called 'Picnic' and the various golden age mansions. we can also recommend Annie's and Mozz. The Harbour is a short walk away and provides many exceptional restaurants including the Mooring, 22b, and many more. The owner is a wonderful friendly and helpful young man and we cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Situated directly on the waterfront, this Newport, Rhode Island inn is just steps from the colorful bustle of the shops and restaurants on Thames Street. Place was beautiful, location was perfect! Jane Inn manager was lovely. Hope to return there.
