We are located at 1850 Parkway Sevierville and are situated alongside the Little Pigeon River. Just across the Little Pigeon River is Pigeon Forge. everything was great. except just the inside pool was not very clean and had a bad smell. outside pool the was dirty with bugs and leaves.

The hotel is very clean, the staff were amazing in every way! The location is close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and the trolley stops here if you choose not to drive. The pools and hot tubs were clean, breakfast was amazing, the facility was immaculate and the landscaping is beautiful! We have stayed here twice now and will definitely be staying again.

This hotel was really fantastic. 10/10. We travel a lot but we almost never give a 10 as rating. Great staff, great room, very nice rain shower. Big room. Seats in front of the room at the patio. Free coffee, drinks, donuts and other stuff 24/7. Great breakfast at the pancake house at the other side of the street. Everything very good!!!
