In fairness, I was only here for 1 few hours. I checked in at 7pm (smooth process) and went right to my room and slept and then went to the airport. The staff is very helpful and nice, they have free of charge shuttle bus from/to the airport. The breakfast was mixed and very good. You can check in online and not waste time at the reception.
