For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
The appartment is very modern and clean. Spacious shower cabin, equipped kitchen, washing machine. Perfect location - сlose to shops, promenade, bus stop
The receptionist was very polite and left a good impression. The facilities and items were very clean. The equipment was well-equipped and it was nice. There was air conditioning. Parking was available for a fee. There was no explanation of how to park inside the shutter, so I had trouble parking on the second day.
Enjoyed it. Close to trams and buses. I liked the area (Nowa Huta, an old socialist built part that's now part of Krakow) but it's not be for everyone since it's far from the old town and Krakow center so you need local transport. The apartment had a good vibe but also, not for everyone I guess :) But if you like something different it's cool.
Cost efficient.
Very good staff. 7/24 open reception.
Nice garden for rest.
Showers have cabin. Dressing is easy in the shower.
Lockers are large.
Close to the city center.
Rooms are large for a hostel.
Engineering decisions how the smallest WC can contain and sink, and a washing machine and a toilet 🚽 itself! Also oven and dish machine positions, even if oven wasn’t usable due to technical issue
Bright, modern as much as possible due to old windows and lower part of the kitchen :) liked the lamps and cow leather on the floor, bathroom shower cabin, that doesn’t leaking (of what I was scared and expecting); the coffee and spices; the good kitchen solutions; the soft sofa and even baby bed.
No hassle, nice staff, comfortable bed , great view of wawel castle . Food hut outside hotel that sold a great chicken kebab . Supermarket around corner of hotel . Great spot
Beautifull hotel, wooden floors and cabinets, fantastic beds. Great little pool and sauna. Excellent location it was a pleasure to stay at hotel stary!
