The little cottage was extremely comfortable and a great place to get away from it all. Our meal in the restaurant was fantastic -- everything either grown/produced on site or made locally. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. We arrived after the grocery store was closed and the restaurant wasn't open because they were busy harvesting olives. So Maria brought us the ingredients for pasta with tomato sauce so I could make lunch, including their home grown passata, basil, celery, onions, olive oil and cheese. It was a relaxing few days.
