Situated in Funchal, 1.3 km from Almirante Reis Beach and 300 metres from the centre, Social Lodge - Happiness features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a terrace. The location is near the city center. The room is spacious, and you have everything necessary for your stay. The nearby shopping center and the nearby parking were definitely plus. The hosts were really helpful and provided different ideas for what to do during our stay. All in all, there is nothing to complain about.

Perfect Stay, Taxi pick up at the airport organised by Susana the host who met us at the apartment to let us in and explain and answer any questions. Very professional & took great pride in her job.

With Santana's traditional houses reachable in 16 km, Casa do Ribeiro Frio offers accommodation, a restaurant, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Very kind people, we arrived at 10.30PM after a long walk and they prepared something to eat for us. Amazing people and amazing location. Our room was new and clean. Thank you very much to everyone!

You can just stay inside for the whole time and not regret a thing :) • Amazing views, especially from the infinity pool (although the water was cold at this time of year). • Breakfast has gluten-free options, which was life-saving for my wife who is allergic. • Daily cleaning done by very nice and caring employees. • Seamless check-in procedure, you just pick up the key from a safe box. • Convenient parking for 5 cars.

Comprising a private beach area and a garden, Chalet Tropical is a recently renovated accommodation in Arco da Calheta situated close to Caminho Faja do Mar Beach. Me and my boyfriend spent a total of 6 days in the Tropical Chalet. We could have stayed there for at least another month. The place's absolutely lovely. Basically it's straight among banana trees and other beautiful tropical plants and flowers. There're very few other houses in the neighborhood and the closest main street's very quiet making the whole area very peaceful. The backyard has a great view over the ocean and the surrounding banana trees. Also, the hammock's a nice touch to the whole experience. The balcony on the first floor's anotheru lovely space and the house itself is functional though not particularly luxurious or equipped. The only thing tricky is maybe the fact that the street to get to the house's very steep and narrow (some taxis refuse to drive down there). The suggestion is to get a car or even better a motorbike. By foot it's nice to walk down to the beach or through the levadas that go along the coastline. Though mind that it's a very long and steep way to get to the nearest supermarket, bar or shop. This is another reason why having a car/motorbike is highly advisable. Overall, a very nice and recommended accommodation for ocean-loving couples/singles seeking a place to enjoy nature and tranquility.

A recently renovated chalet situated in Funchal, Casa ideal para famílias com vista mar desafogada features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Our family of 5 (two parents and three kids ages 13, 10, and 6) had an amazing stay here during our kids' February break. The house is exactly as described, and is lovely. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a beautiful view of the city and the ocean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the outside patio was beautiful. We enjoyed wine outside in the evenings, and the kids ate breakfast outside in the morning. The best part of our stay was the host, Sidónio. He was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. He had great suggestions for things to do and see on Madeira, and our trip would not have been the same without his suggestions!

Situated in São Vicente and only 1.2 km from Sao Vicente Beach, Pereira Place - Cottage features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Location was very nice, apartment has everything we needed for cooking and nice stay. Host was very helpful

Boasting sea views, Victoria Tiny Stone House provides accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 19 km from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools. Staff was amazing! They even let us to leave our car in a parking lot after check out. We definetly would like to stay here again.

Located just 40 km from Girao Cape, Victoria Ocean View Room provides accommodation in Ponta do Pargo with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a 24-hour front desk. It was a perfect ending for our hike through the island. Wine, electric fireplace, and magnificent view to the sunset in Atlantic Ocean. The place also has a small pool with a view to the ocean, but it was too cold for us to try it. The housekeeper, Maria, was very nice and helpful.

Waves Song - Cottage, a property with a garden, is set in Porto Moniz, 40 km from Girao Cape, 46 km from Santana's traditional houses, as well as 49 km from Marina do Funchal. Localisation is perfect, you can enjoy working an amazing vies wifi the small garden ! I loved it !
