The hotel is located very centrally. There are many restaurants and cafes around. It is spotless and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, especially Maryam at the desk. They extended my checkout time to 2 p.m. when I asked. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, particularly to those traveling for business.

    I only stayed for 1.5 days with overnight stay. I should have stayed longer to enjoy what Yerevan can offer. I only had a chance to walk around the city beautiful city of Yerevan, next time I’ll do a proper city tour and the mountain tours. I’ll be back Yerevan!!

    Yerevan is the best place to base oneself to visit a country...

    Yerevan is the best place to base oneself to visit a country with lots of fascinating history. Easily accessed from the airport (20 minute taxi ride), the city is very safe to walk around at night, with good bars and restaurants. Day trips to places outside of the city (to such as Garni, Geghard, Sevan, Dilijan, Khor Vrap) were booked through Hyur service and all were well worthwhile, with excellent guides. Highly recommended.

    Someone stole my phone. And money from a club.

    Someone stole my phone. And money from a club. Nobody did anything. They should call the police. They left me go alone as a tourist in a very bad condition, vomiting nobody help. We.have different culture , or Human well being . Woman there dont help woman. We should protect each ,others .no Matter where snd when. Very dissapointed . But food was the BEST and the beautiful churchs !!!!

    A good city with several nice cafeteria.

    A good city with several nice cafeteria. You can find also many traditional tavern and some modern restaurant in the centre of the city. The centre is easy walkable and atmosphere is quiet nice. Some museums are interesting like Cafesjian Center for the Arts and Matenadaran along the others

    We thoroughly enjoyed Yerevan and its surrounding areas and learned much about its history through visits to historical sites and to top-notch museums. We went on several bus tours with the Hyur company and found the tour guides to be exceptional. We ate at several places and enjoyed them all. Of particular note is Altar, Seasons, Peter Marker, de Gusto, various bakeries, and the SAS Food Court. Getting around Yerevan was very easy—walking, using public transportation, and taxi services.

    Very lively city. One could not be bored, Culture, food, events, people, night life. Rich history, many excursions are available. Guides are very professional. All level Hotels could be found. Transportation with Yandex.Go is very practical and very cheap.

    I'll rate over all 10/10. I was a happy customer for my 12 day stay in Yerevan, Armenia. Shirbakyan Hotel has given me an excellent customer service during my stay there. The room was huge and spacious. The kitchen and washroom though shared was always clean and tidy. And above all, the staffs (owners) was really warmth and accommodating. They will really try to give all their customer needs the best they can. I would really come back in Armenia and would definitely stay again in Shirbakyan Boutique Hotel and Apartments.😊🙏❤️

    We arrived at the hotel late at night due to heavy snowing from Georgia to Armenia but the hotel staff was very welcoming, accommodating and very helpful, from check in to check out! The room we stayed was very clean, spacious, and heater was working. Very comfortable bed and pillow. The location is not far from the city center, only took 10 mins walk even if snowing. The balcony is a plus with a view. We recommend this hotel and definitely we'll stay again when we come back to Armenia.

    The hotel is very close to the city center (about 5 min by walk). I strongly recommend this place if you want friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast and great location. The staff organized airport transfer for us and everything was perfect despite of flight delay (more than 1.30 hours). I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Yerevan.
