The hotel is clean and the pool area is perfect. The breakfast is good, it could have more variety as after 3 days eating the same thing did become boring.

The location was filled with charm, homeliness and was very quiet and comfortable. The location was top notch, and all the best cafes were just a stroll away, as we learned about in the handy info sheets in our room. The gourmet pizzas made in the restaurant downstairs were the best we’ve ever had, and were truly the icing on the cake to an amazing stay!

Great for coastline walks, views and swimming. Historically very interesting and beautiful old buildings, vibrant cafes and stunning streetscapes. Quite compact so easy to walk around but not too busy if driving. Tram is excellent! A lovely relaxed city with just enough vibe to make it interesting!

I really enjoyed the boat trip (Hunter Coastal Adventure Tour by Boat from Newcastle) to see the area from the water. The ride was a bit scary but the scenery was beautiful with so many beaches from Newcastle to Lake Macquarie. The Honeysuckle Drive Foreshaw is great, with lots of nice restaurants and a lovely walkway. Merewether Baths are huge and refreshing and there are a few lovely (not cheap) places to have a drink or meal nearby and look at the beach.

A really great and vibrant smaller city, great culture, dining options, experiences and a variety of interesting historical aspects. The Newcastle West block party was a particularly impressive demonstration of the local music culture, over a hundred bands.

great stay, have been in contact with them as i left my pillow there. I will let you know how satisfied I am once i have an answer regarding this because at this stage they haven't got back to me to say they have it and it was a unique pillow compared to hotel pillow and a striped blue pillowcase, so can't understand how it was not noticed as a guests pillow not a hotel room pillow
The uniqueness of Times Square Terrace is above and beyond... everything matches in it's own quirky way.
The location is very convenient in the centre of Newcastle.
You are supplied everything you need for a home away from home... I was sold at the jar of Vegemite supplied 😍
The property is very clean.
I would definitely recommend staying here!!!
The only complaint i have is the beds are hard as rocks and can feel the springs in them. They need upgrading . We have slept in a few of the rooms over 2024 and each bed was the same . Other then that the hotel is our favourite in newcastle , our go to place we love it staff and facilities are amazing and awesome breakfast
