I attended a rock concert at Le Forum to see Brit Floyd, absolutely stunning performance. The venue is deceivingly bigger than it looks from the outside, tardis dimensions!
I travelled by train, easily accessible from London. Trains every hour from Brussels to Liege.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to visit the steps at Montagne de Beuren due to a leg problem.
Liege is a nice city, not expensive.

We liked the nature and nice historical buildings.
We liked the nature and nice historical buildings.
The stairs I climbed inspire of fear of heights and I have no regrets.
Too bad that we didn’t have time to see the train station.
We didn’t feel safe in the evening in the city, there were too many addicts/homeless people around. We wanted to walk around after dinner we rushed back to the hotel because of that.

We booked the place for our daughter and it was canceled by the landlord about one hour before she arrived.Leaving our daughter without a place to stay after a 7 hour train ride . Booking is still not responding to our complain. We paid for it via PayPal, still waiting to get the money back

A vibrantly diverse, friendly, multi-facetted city. Plenty of activities, from walks along the Meuse to nightlife in and around Le Carré and Outremeuse. International food, a huge market along the river on Sunday mornings, plenty of music and films and vestiges of important historical events.

I was in Liege for work and would not recommend it for tourism as there are much more interesting and beautiful cities in Belgium. Also want to mention that Liege is far not the safest city so be careful if you decide to take a night stroll.

many old houses not in good shape anymore.
many old houses not in good shape anymore. The city doesn't seem to have a concept to ensure that the old quarters are preserved. An in former times for sure a beautiful city seems now to lack money. Streets are often not clean. Still worth visiting.

I stayed in Liegi just for one night, due to a wedding invitation. My check in was scheduled to be around 9pm, but I was pretty late. During the same evening, I've requested to have my check in after midnight... I was afraid to lose my booking. The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcomed me after midnight withour any problem! The room was kingly, spacious and very silent. The hotel is located in front of the Liegi train station. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit this city! :)
Very nice hotel, awesome decor. Rooms and equipment are new and not worn down. There’s a play area for kids in the lobby and bar is very nice. Parking on site, public transportation in front of the hotel and it’s also walking distance to the city centre. Even though the hotel is located near train station, room was quiet. One bed was a pull-out couch, but it was good size and comfortable. Wi Fi worked in every corner of the room.
The hotel was easy to locate just a little walk from the train station. There are also a lot of different restaurants, stores, and bus stations near the hotel which is very convenient.
