Everything was just amazing! Great location! Amazing food in the restaurant as well as the breakfast, very varied and tasty. The staff were super nice, attended to every need we had. We were a couple, but the hotel is also very family-friendly, it has some attractions for kids and a game room and so on. Thank you for a delightful stay!

The location. At the hearth of Rodopi Mountain , eco path The three Smolian Lakes start from there. Very close to all the places we wanted to visit , still secluded enough away from the crowd. Lovely view from the balcony , magical indeed. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Variety and well presented. You name it - they have it. Forgot to mention outside is stunning and hiring apartment in the summer with friends is something i would love to do , as they have so many outdoors facilities BBQs , and i can only imagine how lovely is in the summer ( we visited in October , and were in the hotel).

The Hotel is located perfectly in the centre of the town where the pedestrian area starts! The room i was allocated was huge in comparison to what was expecting, it was very nicely decorated and with a huge bed, sofa, writing desk, large screen tv. The receptionist was very helpful, friendly and with a lovely smile, that was a reception :-) I'm not in the least disappointed with my stay here, in fact i'm very happy i chose this Hotel. This isn't a "What didn't you like?" only a mention, the entry into the carpark can be a bit hectic and with a high kerb to contend with careful manoeuvring needed to get in.
