Our flight was late at night and the very excellent front of house staff very generously allowed us to have a super late check out (5pm) with very little notice and no charge. We also took full advantage of the pool and sauna while we waited. So good!

Munich has something for everyone: from historic palaces and castles, to stunning royal avenues to world class galleries and museums. Don't miss the new city hall in the heart of Marienplatz or the former residence of the Bavarian kings, the Residenz. Munich is also home to the world’s most famous beer hall, the Hofbräuhaus.

Great city, people, architecture and infrastructure.
Great city, people, architecture and infrastructure. The Block House for a rib-eye steak is a must as too is Kilian's Irish Bar. The churches, cathedral and Christmas Markets just topped off one of my best experiences.

Very picturesque (although expensive) town with wonderful art museums, churches, the Residenz of the Wittelsbach rulers, surprisingly affordable Opera House tickets, plenty of green spaces, excellent transport, and Christmas markets full of atmosphere and genuine craft objects.

I expected it to be a little bit more green and beautiful.
I expected it to be a little bit more green and beautiful. It appeared to be a kind of gray faceless city. Though I expected to see something similar to Vienna, but didn't see much of similarities. The best thing to do there is to take train to Fussen to see the castles there.

Munich turned out to be much more interesting and beautiful than I expected. I had 3 days to explore, but could have done with at least a week. There are many museums to visit and sites to see. The food is generally very good. However, it is a very expensive place, so a generous budget is advisable. It doesn't matter whether you want to shop, explore the old buildings, visit the many museums, or experience the art, food and culture of Munich, it is definitely worth a visit.

Munich is a beautiful city that felt incredibly safe for it's size. We spent 4 activity-packed days there but barely scratched the surface. I haven't been to many places in Europe (yet), but this was the best city by far.
Marienplatz, Englischer Garden, all the museums... you can't go wrong.

Excellent location, close to the main station and to public transport, but also in walking distance from the city centre.
It was the second time that we staid at this hotel and it has improved. The forniture in the room was new, the coloured walls make it nicer.
Breakfast is good, for the price (Munich can be very expensive on this aspect). The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean.
An affordable, nice place to stay in one of the most expensive cities in Germany.
This is a solid choice for a short stay in Munich, albeit with a few limitations.
The hotel is clean, modern and the staff were very friendly. Check-in was efficient too.
The location is relatively good but is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. The city centre can be reached on foot in about 20 - 25 minutes.
The bed in my room was really comfortable.
The hotel is ideally situated next to Munich's Central Train Terminal.
City centre and shopping areas are within walking distance.
The room was excellent, very comfortable bed, good towels.
Very friendly and competent staff.
Location was great, easy to get into the main city centre of Munich. Metro trains very easy to use. Room was very good value for money, balcony view was great. Hotel staff very proffesional. Breakfast, pool and gym fantastic.
Very cozy boutique hotel with a delightful design and very nice and service minded staff.
Clean and close to everything as city centre and park and still quiet.
