Location very convenient for central Figueres and museums, etc. Cleanliness, comfortable bed and sofa, good sized room and bathroom. Big towels.
The Hotel Pirineos is located in the centre of Figueres, a short walk from the Dalí Museum. The rooms have 26-inch LCD TVs and free Wi-Fi. The rooms in the Hotel Pirineos are modern and spacious.

We really liked having a bath and toiletries are superior. Room was quiet and beds comfortable. Paid the extra breakfast and well worth it.
Hotel is well kept and we would certainly recommend it.

Figueres is a small town with a centre mainly built between 1850 and 1930 . Pleasant enough. But you go to Figueres for the Dali museum which is astonishing . Be aware there are two train stations in Figueres each 20 minute walk in opposite directions

The Salvador Dalí Museum and surrounding art work is very interesting.
The pretty square near the hotel is charming with pretty lights at night and a choice of four restaurants.
It is quite demanding to get around with steps and inclines.

we stay there often due to ease and we have 1 dog and its dog friendly place. we stayed 3 days this time and, at times it seemed a victim of its own success-many had 3 plus dogs and it felt a bit like dog kennels at times! Its a reasonable drive to the coast, which is pleasant.

Mainly went to Figueres to visit the Teatre -Musu Dali.
Mainly went to Figueres to visit the Teatre -Musu Dali. This cost 23 euros for a standard ticket/ 18 euros reduction. Tickets are purchased at the right hand booth. A suitable time slot is chosen such as 11.30 a.m. 12.45 p.m. etc. when buying the ticket. It's worth a visit. Takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to see all the rooms. At 11.45 a.m. it was crowded inside. Accessibility wise: there are large open areas but also many narrow corridors and steps.

Figueres is a slightly shabby town though perfectly friendly and people mostly come here for the Dali museum. Were stayed for a couple of days rest at the end of our long GR11 hike - its much cheaper than Barcelona! tbh though there isn't a lot to do here.

Very nice little town!!
Very nice little town!! People are nice , the restaurants are affordable, they had a really nice food market on Thursday morning! It was perfect!
Its a little town though so 3-4 days is long enough ;)
Be sure to visit the Dali Museum, it’s just unfortunate that the paintings are not better explained. An audio guide would have been appreciated.
The best churros were right around the corner from Duran Hotel!!!

This apartment is outstanding. Modern and beautifully designed, well equipped, very spacious, front and rear terraces..and the view from the front terrace of Dali's museum was amazing. Two double beds, full kitchen separate shower and toilet, comfy sofa good outdoor furniture. Well located opposite the Dali museum with supermarket handy and lots of cafes etc. Great host...very efficient and friendly. The best so far in Spain..pure luxury.
Great spacious room. Our rate included a breakfast, which was excellent. Hugh choice good quality one of the best breakfasts we've had in Spain. I would consider purchasing the breakfast even if its extra.
Good location. Both receptionists were helpful and friendly.
La Barretina is run by a couple who have hospitality in their bones. What it lacks in size of rooms or luxury is made up by their willingness to connect and provide assistance. They also have a range of the best herbal teas available. Unusual for Spain.
Easy to find, parking space, very clean, good food and above all a helpful and friendly staff. We will definitely return next time we drive to southern Spain.
