We wanted to stay for a night but the sheets were very dirty and the duvet had the cigerette marks all over it with intense smell of cigerettes. If it had just been the smell, it would have been fine but the sheets and duvet having weird white and all kinds of marks was very unsettling. The bathroom was also smelly. It is understandable that it is a motel type but still could have been cleaner. AND THE WORST PART was broke window. We couldn't sleep in a room on the big road with broken window so we left immediately and booked somewhere else. It was a bad decision wasting the money here.

We had an issue with where our pet was and wasn’t allowed, as I pointed out it was stated on their website “pets allowed no restrictions” I have received an apology from the company explaining that this was a mistake on their behalf as the translation was done incorrectly. They refunded my breakfast costs and I accept that mistakes can happen it’s how you deal with them that count.

Excellent communication to and from the staff before and during my stay. Very helpful and friendly throughout. The room was small but all that was needed and had a comfortable bed and hot shower. Only a10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop direct into the centre of Bordeaux. Free and secure carparking was a real bonus and easy to get to from the main roads rather than attempting to drive through the city and find available parking.

Super clean, modern and well-equipped. Quiet, residential area with easy access to bus routes. Lovely, welcoming host who went out of her way to ensure a smooth stay. Not able to use the pool during our winter visit, but it looked fabulous.
