This hotel is exceptional. It far exceeded our expectations. A beautiful ornate building, modernly decorated rooms and an outside pool with beautiful gardens. Right in the centre of Ile Rousse. The hotel offers daily activities and guided tours which we didn't go on but looked v interesting.

We traveled by motorcycle and they have an inner courtyard where we could park our bikes. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. Location is great, just a block from the beautiful beach. Breakfast was simple and nice. Local cheese and dried ham were also available if desired. They only had a large single bed, but offered to bring in a cot, but we decided we were men enough to sleep in the same bed. Pretty recently renovated. A great deal in the off season.

A small but fascinating place if you like cafes. the beaches, nice walks, churches, interesting architecture, beautiful scenery. Accessible by ferry from Marseille. Good train links and plenty of places around and about to visit for day trips. The people were really friendly. I was there end Oct/Nov and the weather was beautiful.
I ate really well - inexpensive menus - I don't eat meat but there were plenty of fish or veggie options.

There was a great choice of restaurants and cafes and very interesting shops as well as a market. The main square is shady and there was an outdoor concert held there. We enjoyed eating by the beach and on the beach in the evening. The taxi ride to Bastia airport was a magnificent journey throgh mountains and forests.

A beautiful setting, with a sandy beach and backdrop of hills sweeping down to the sea. The town has an attractive main square, market place and some good streets to wander along, as well as a decent promenade walk to the lighthouse beyond the working port. There is a train to Calvi which rattles along a spectacular coastline. In May it wasn't too hot or too crowded - I'm not sure I'd visit in high season.

Lovely beaches a wonderful market each day with local products, nice bars and restaurants. I don't think you need a car if you stay for a week as the little train takes you to various locations en route to Calvi and stops at some nice beaches.

This is a comfortable hotel with plenty of car park space, with a pool. It is also reasonably priced in comparison to hotels in the town. It is a short walk to the town which is delightful. It has recently been refurbished so some aspects needed to be fixed however this was done quickly and efficiently
Fabulous hotel, rooms are exceptional. Staff were really helpful. Unfortunately our ferry to Corsica was delayed so we didn’t get to spend as much time as we’d wanted in ile Rousse or at Hotel Liberata so hope one day to come back & stay longer
The location: Away from the center so away from the noise & the crowd, but close enough to simply walk there. You don't have the impression you are in the town, and great to have a parking.
We had a delicious pizza in the evening, at the hotel
Modern hotel with a pleasant surroundings located right around the corner from the beach and the city center with pretty small but nice and clean rooms.
The breakfast was very good and various.
