    This is the worst hotel I have ever been to and would never...

    This is the worst hotel I have ever been to and would never recommend it to anyone. On September 4, 2024, I spent one night there and awakened early to have my breakfast so I could take the bus to the airport afterwards. When I came out to the self-serve breakfast area at 6:30 a.m., I passed by the receptionist — who was assisting two guests. I proceeded to serve myself some breakfast, and she looked up at me disdainfully and demanded to know my room number. After I gave her my room number, she reprimanded me in front of the guests and told me that my stay did not include breakfast. I told her that I assumed it did because I had spent a previous night there, and it came with breakfast. She continued to reprimand and humiliate me in front of the guests until I told her that I would leave the breakfast there; to which she replied, “As you wish!” This woman was fuming over something so minor. Had she taken me aside and explained the situation, I would have paid for the breakfast. I then went back to my room and checked out. Before I left, I reminded her that the hotel wall in the dining room area read, “Welcome to our home.” I told her that she did not make me feel welcomed at all. I left in the dark and walked in the rain to the bus stop. What should have been the ending of a wonderful vacation for me turned out to be a nightmare. As far as I’m concerned, this woman is in desperate need of a course in Etiquettes and Manners for Hotel Staff/Front Office Staff. Plus Jamais!

    We had some difficulties with the cleaning of the room and...

    We had some difficulties with the cleaning of the room and with the broken glass. Thanks to the personal, they were very kind, they tied the room, and thanks to the director Mr. Gato for his kind approach. The room and the bathroom was fine, the breakfast was very rich. We will recommend Campanile Hotel to other clients.

    VERY NICE WELCOME - LARGE BEDROOM, VERY COMFORTABLE BED, PLEASANT BREAKFAST. THE ONLY DRAWBACK CAME FROM THE NARROW STAIRWAY TO THE BEDROOM, FROM THE TOILETS AND BATHROOM LOCATED ON THE MAIN FLOOR. WHEN YOU ARE GETTING OLD LIKE US THIS WAS DIFFICULT TO WALK UPSTAIR - MAY BE THERE ARE SOME ROOMS WITH EVERYTHING ON ONE FLOOR. WE HIGHTLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT FAR FROM AND WITH A VERY EASY ACCESS TO CHARLES DE GAULLE AIRPORT.

    Easily accessible from the airport by taxi. We only stayed one night after our plane ride. The hotel provided the necessary comforts we needed and was perfect for one night.
