Not as many people around as on the bigger Islands. Transport such as a car was very useful to get around the island. Great beaches once you find them. Late season timing of our holiday meant that it was quite windy. Very friendly people in our hotel and at restaurantsGavinNew Zealand - Scored 1010
Such a pretty town, far nicer than the port area.
Such a pretty town, far nicer than the port area. A wide variety of accommodation available, from budget to luxury. Huge bakery with great coffee and food. Plenty of places to hire quad bikes, cars and even bikes. Beaches in town are not the best, but Ampelas is close by and a lovely spot.AAnonymous - Scored 1010

Our hotel wasn't walking distance, but renting a car was reasonable on the property we stayed at. The town of Naousa was very entertaining and a good experience. For the Greek dinner experience, the Barbarossa, was yummy and entertaining, but make reservations.

A cute town with so much to discover and offer! Lots of great local restaurants and sceneries, beach side restaurant & bars as well as local beaches, wineries and more. Beautiful cute town that’s busy but not too spoiled by over tourism.

Felt another few days would have given us time to explore...
Felt another few days would have given us time to explore other beaches and take a day trip round the island. Did manage local bus trip and ferry to Antiparos, a beautiful place needing more time too. Easy walk to the city centre, a labyrinth of narrow alleys and shops. Fine dining to tasty street food all in abundance.

We were able to check in earlier as they moved our rooms around which was great and very helpful. Pool was lovely, not too busy. Not far at all from the main town of Naousa about a 5 minute walk but away from the hustle and bustle. 2 min walk from the beach and across the road from the supermarket. Taxi service was so friendly and personable dropping to/from the ferry port.

The owner was really really kind and made us feel at home. She arranged for our scooter to be delivered at the hotel and we had a really good timing exploring the island after. From the hotel is a 15/20min walk to Naousa. With a scooter is less that 5min. Breakfast was OK. Rooms were a bit old but the bathroom zone was large and very nice. Overall we liked it.JoãoPortugal
