Our host was very helpful, we had a little difficulty locating the place because of the way the streets are named in Kaposvar, but a quick phone call to the host fixed this. It is located near to a very photognic bridge that connects 2 sides of a town cut in half by a railway.

A short walk, say 15 mins, from the railway station. While the bathroom was quite small the facility was good, bed was comfy and room for luggage etc.
