Although the property looked decent on the site, but in reality it was far removed from being decent. The door of the washroom was of cheap plastic material. The pot use to leak after every use. There were no bed side switches to charge phones. The staffs were not courteous. Their service standards were bad. They took two hours to serve evening tea in the rooms and again served dinner after two hours delay in the night. The hotel’s rating on the booking.com as 9.6 was misleading in all aspects.

    Great place for history buffs. Mythology and history coexist in one piece of land where two major religions started. Though the small town lacks good infrastructure for tourists, it packs enough attractions for them.

    Rajgir contains historical places, a must-to-visit for anyone interested in History. Both Bodhgaya and Nalanda are accessible from Rajgir via bus in separate one-day trips. The tour of all these shall take 3 days and is a good weekend destination, yet not expensive.
