Free parking and a good location with a good sized room, which is perfectly fit for service. Decent breakfast and value. Close to metro and links to central Milan.

I have been a loyal guest at your hotel for over 15 years, and while my past experiences have generally been positive, my recent stay was unfortunately disappointing.
Upon check-in, I was assigned a disabled-access room without any prior consultation. When I raised this issue at reception, the young staff member seemed unsure of how to handle the situation and called for further assistance. I was then told, rather rudely, that the room I had been given was the one I had paid for and that any change would require additional steps. I felt the response lacked professionalism and empathy.
Additionally, the room I was assigned was in poor condition. The TV and the toilet were not functioning, which required me to contact reception. A technician came to inspect the issues and confirmed that both were broken, and I was subsequently moved to another room.
While I appreciated the room change, the overall experience—especially the lack of professionalism and the stress after a long day of work—was disappointing. Given my long-standing loyalty to your hotel, this incident has caused me to reconsider whether I will continue to stay with you in the future.

Close to the metro station, supermarket, small stores en small restaurants. Clean & nice apartment, nice and friendly owner and good communication.
But unfortunately the apartment walls are not good insulated so we can still hear our neighbors conversations and their dogs barking at night making it difficult for us to sleep.

The time kept to visit Sesto San Giovanni was all & more spent in Police station due to vehicle robbery.
A secure parking is absolutely necessary to have a pleasant experience.
So sad that we were unable to explore the area.

Rooms were wonderful - pretty much like proper hotel rooms with towels, sheets, aircon, desk, chair, TV, wardrobe, safe etc. There’s a kitchen which has everything you’d ever need if you want to cook there. The host Angelo is really wonderful and accommodating too. Much better to stay here if you want to save on a bit of money, than pay the higher prices for central Milan. There’s a direct line which gets you to the city centre within 20 min and the station is only a few minutes walk down the road.
The hotel was extremely clean. Good airconditioning is always a plus! The front of house staff were very friendly and helpful with calling taxis.
On the second day, I found a great bakery/ cafe in the Galleria behind the hotel. Extremely reasonably priced and much friendlier than the cafes further up the road. Possibly my fault as I have zero Italian.
Controversial, but I actually enjoyed the numerous sirens from the busy street out front that my room faced. Quite exciting :)
Perfect location if you are driving to Milan. We parked the car at the hotel and used the metro (1/2 block from the hotel - 25 minutes ride to the Duomo)
