The guest house with a kind welcome, seeing that we are with children, offered a heater to be warmer in the room. With a private parking space in the courtyard, where there was enough space for our bus as well. A large room with a pool table in the middle. Big TV and good WiFi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator and an electric stove. There is also a microwave and an electric kettle. The bathroom has both a shower cabin and a bathtub.

The hotel is in an ideal location for anyone, like me, who is travelling by car as it's just off the main road north of the city so there's no stress of being in a city centre. Easy car parking with plenty of spaces right outside the hotel, barrier entry, no height restrictions. The train station or metro are about a 15 minute walk away and they got me into the centre of Warsaw within 20 minutes. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms were spacious with good bathrooms. Nice to have a TV and the shower had good pressure. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful when needed. There's lots of choice at breakfast. I would stay here again.
