The hotel was very modern and had an amazing restaurant. Location was also great. Everything is within walking distance. Parking is spacious and easy. Staff were nice and professional. The restaurant is one of the best food I've ever had in portugal. I also love how affordable it was. It had a bathtub which I really needed. The bed was huge so my partner had a good nights sleep without me pushing him off the bed haha.

Évora is a beacon of heritage in the heart of rural Portugal. Life is played out among narrow, cobbled streets and whitewashed buildings that provide welcome shade. Most buildings are decorated with blue or yellow trim, giving this laidback city a coherent feel.
Blue tiles adorn the incredible interior of the Misericórdia Church, and the Church of St John the Evangelist also features this typical Alentejo style. The most outlandish is the Church of St Francis where one chapel is created entirely from human bones and skulls.
The Gothic cathedral has a peaceful cloister and next door is Évora Museum with its collection of medieval, Islamic and Roman artefacts. In the large square in front sit remains of the Roman Temple, and Roman bath ruins lie under the town hall.
The Palace of the Dukes of Cadaval has a turret-like tower, similar to those in the city walls. One of Évora’s most impressive monuments – the 16th-century Silver Water Aqueduct – passes right through the walls and used to end in large Praça do Giraldo, the city centre’s main square. Some of its stone arches have been cleverly bricked in to create bars and restaurants.
Booking.com’s accommodation in Évora includes luxury hotels with pools, cheap hostels near the train station and guest houses by the university.

Nice town to visit, felt safe, good assortment shopping and restaurants. One day is probably enough time "to see the sights" , but take two to enjoy a leisurely pace... stop for a coffee in the park and relax.

Beautiful place with lovely architecture, good restaurants, cafes, and small shops. Great to wander around. The locals were all very helpful. We also took a couple of trips out (local bus and a private tour) to nearby places of interest.

It is a lovely town - great to wander about.
It is a lovely town - great to wander about. We were glad to be there in November as it was quieter and easy to get around and into restaurants. We had lovely weather too. The food we ate was incredible - Algeria's e Vinho was AMAZING - such good value for incredible food and service. Origins was great too - more expensive but it is in the Michelin Guide. Highly recommend both,

Lovely old city with more to see than expected, we stayed only 1 night, but should have stayed longer. We arrived there easily by train from Lisbon and used a taxi through the town to our hotel. The inner old city is the best to explore on foot, and easily walkable for all the great sites.

This was one of my favorite stops in our tour of Portugal. Loved the history, food, and people, but also really enjoyed the quaintness of this smaller city. Full of charm, and I really enjoyed our time here.

Historic city with a lot of flair.
Historic city with a lot of flair. Beautiful views, interesting places to visit, fair price balance both for meals and most gift items. Friendly people. Welcoming atmosphere. Also the Stonehenge of Portugal nearby! Looking forward to the next visit.

Overall design of the hotel is very nice and modern.
Very comfortable, clean, modern, room.
Perfect location for exploring the walled-city portion of Evora.
Great breakfast.
Very good restaurant.
Nice rooftop bar/pool (although the pool is a little odd - very shallow. Not good for swimming, but ok for cooling off on a hot day).
the best Hotel in Evora,
super nice staff, great tasty free breakfast. very clean room including free mineral water, free expresso and tea in the room. Hotel very centrally within walking distance, only 6 minutes on foot from free public parking place. every thing top 10
An affordable (for Evora) place to stay. Basic rooms are small but met our needs - comfortable bed, good shower, AC. Parking in the basement garage was extra but nice, however it is for small cars only. It's a "budget" hotel, so earplugs are recommended.
The hotel is located 5 minutes walking distance from the heart of Evora. The room was simple but clean and with a good air con. The staff were very kind and helpful.
