I had a great stay, the room was amazing and huge! Wasn't expecting so much space. The view was also a plus, and the hotel itself is beautiful. But my minibar wasn't working, the telephone in the room wasn't working and the air conditioner (even if it's a climatizer) was so mild I hardly even felt it. Everything else was awesome :)

We had a two bedroom apartment which was spacious for two adults and two children and was modern and nicely decorated. Great views from all around the apartment. Great location for Troia beach. Decent sized, warm indoor swimming pool. Nice breakfast and decent buffet selection.. Staff at reception and in restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant dinner was tasty, if pricey.

It was low season and there was not much going on.
It was low season and there was not much going on. It appears that apart from the beach and one golf club there is not so much to be done in Troia. There were a few restaurants but not that many. Supermarket in the village was extremely, expensive

Troia is a great place to enjoy almost year round beach and country relaxation. Eating can be excelent down the Peninsula, though prices are becoming too high, and second level places are not as good as they should be by Portuguese cuisine levels - get on the ferry and enjoy great fish in Setubal for a pair of meals. Avoid Troia Residence, by The Editorym Ácala Apartments. Lousy price/quality relation. A spacious and well conserved apartment with poor help form the desk (not ansereing phone; late or no action when requested). Absolutely noisy from 7pm to 1am. Tricky air conditioning. Awful 3rd bed requested and paid for an adullt. Kitchenware reduced to absolute minimum, no broom, and no equipment to dry towels and clothes, though there's a specific balcony.

This is the perfect destination if you want to wind down, relax, and have everything you need for a beach/staycation! The house was INCREDIBLY comfortable and well-equipped. We wanted a destination where we could cook every day and they provided absolutely everything we could think of. The city center is within walking distance and we could run to the market in less than 5 minutes. The closest beach is a 15-minute walk and is super private. I will definitely return to Tróia Atlantic Home! It's worth the booking!!!!

Large room with nice view but very run down! The location was ok for easy access to Comporta and Carvahal beaches otherwise not much in Troia itself. The beach nearby ok but not spectacular. They had some day time activities and kids club (we did not use it though). Looks much better in photos than in real life.

The staff was really helpful and nice. The room was big and the sofa bed was really nice for the kids. The location was nice and easy to access the dock and super close to the only supermarket in Tróia.
