I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is unbeatable—right in the center and close to Phuket old town, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
The staff were absolutely amazing—always accommodating, friendly, and wearing warm smiles that made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The pool bar and lounge were definite highlights; the food and drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. My daughter loved the kids club.
If you're looking for a central location with excellent service and great dining options, I’d highly recommend staying here.

Avoid Kata and Karon beach. Overly crowded and hyped.
Avoid Kata and Karon beach. Overly crowded and hyped. Much more beautiful beaches are 15-20mins drive away up north along the west coast of Phuket. Everything in Phuket old town is overpriced. Narrow streets everywhere make moving around frustrating particularly in a car. Traffic moves annoyingly slowly often requiring you to wait at a traffic light for 10mins. Best way to enjoy Phuket is to avoid the city and overcrowded beaches. Take trips to Phang Nga bay, explore the islands. Drive up north to Khao Sok, enjoy the nature. Explore banana beach, Mai Khao beach for beautiful aircraft landing views, coconut beach for some nice sunbathing. Leave the southern part of Phuket to the party goers.

While I'm not typically into city tours, I do enjoy certain activities like boat tours to islands, jetski rentals, and visiting parks. During my stay in Phuket, I had the chance to experience some fantastic boat tours, including a trip to Phi Phi Island and a few other beautiful islands around Phuket. The boat tours were an incredible way to explore the surrounding natural beauty, and I thoroughly enjoyed the adventure. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and excitement! If you’re into outdoor activities and exploring beautiful islands, I highly recommend these tours.

Great market on a Sunday from 4pm with lots of street food thats tasty and affordable. Nice restaurants around and felt very safe. Good places to try a massage too. Less chaotic than Patong and suitable for kids and seniors than Patong I would add.

The traffic lights are not for pedestrians, you just have to follow the locals and force your way across. This and the amount of parked vehicles makes it harder to walk along the streets, but the experience is rewarding despite the challenges! Bustling with life and very interesting.

Best tip is that you can get around using the buses very cheaply. 100B bus to and from airport from Old Phuket Town. Also buses from Terminal 1 in Old Phuket town which take you to many places. There is also a free bus which takes you past a lot of sites of interest in Old Town.
You can see a lot of old architecture and beautiful coloured terraces. Some amazing official building like to old clock tower. There is also street art in the form of pictures painted on walls. Don’t be stunned by those buildings that are vacated and if you look closely many still display the charm and grandeur of yesterday year. All they need is someone with lots of money to renovate them to bring them back to their past glory.
Finally there are some great Michelin recommended restaurants. Amazing food without the hefty price tag. I cannot forget the French pastry shop which has amazing cakes, pastries to die for and great coffee, also at a moderate price. Across the road is a wood fired pizza place which is very popular.
So if you are into any of the above you won’t be disappointed.

I stayed here for three days out of 7 days in total which I think was too short for this great city. There are various beaches, activities, restaurant's and more that you can enjoy in Phuket. People here are very friendly, kind and polite to the visitors unlike what I experienced in BKK. All in all, I will visit this place again and again.

Beautiful location, most staff are friendly, from gardeners who smile when you smile at them, to the boat team, the catering staff and the managers at reception, particularly Hassan. The free water sports were appreciated. Food at the a la carte restaurants was excellent. You can get much cheaper, but still nice food by walking 2-3 minutes along the beach or at Laem Hun Pier, however the hotels a la carte menu for lunch/dinner is a class above. Pools are lovely and breakfast is varied.
The room was very nice and clean. The sea views from our room were beautiful and we were greeted by the sunrise every morning.
Breakfast in the restaurant was of a very good standard and dinner was equally as nice.
Hotel staff are so accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy.
The best hotel we have stayed at in Thailand so far.
Hotel staff accommodated my request to have the bed decorated so I could propose to my now fiancé.
The hotel is located very close to Phuket old town and it is perfect for the night market and other shops (not for the beaches though). The room was new and wde and furnished in a very nice style. There is not much natural light (the view s on the reception area) but the artificial lighthening is good. There is a shared kitchen that you can use and it was quite convenient. The wifi is quite good. The personnel is helpful and kind.
Excelent place to stay in Phuket. Super easy to reach everypoint of the oldtown. Great moto service rent tooz and the rooms were super nice and confortable. Best hotel in all my 15 day thailand trip! And no words to describe the staff: they were simple the best!
We were there for two nights and wanted to spend the days relaxing and doing nothing. The hotel is perfect for that! Several, very nice pool areas, a beach area with sunbeds and beach bar, various restaurants and an excellent breakfast. We enjoyed it very much.
