Great location, close to all the touristic areas. The room is exactly as shown in the photos. Thick windows in the room, so it's pretty quiet. The breakfast in the 8th floor had plenty of options, you could even ask for omelette, eggs etc from the chef. The staff was kind, Tugce in the reception was extremely helpful.

A good location for day trips and if you want to buy a wedding dress (there are many shops selling wedding dresses).
It seemed a safe and friendly city.
Departing from the airport is very time consuming - 45min security line when arriving (pre bag drop), another security check after passport control and then another at the boarding gate (although this was for approx 1 in 2 customers on what seemed to be a random basis).

For travelers heading to Ephesus, Izmir is worth at least a day or two on its own. The seafront promenade is lined with good fish restaurants and the bazar has many shops selling locally-made items, including new and historic hand-woven rugs from all over Turkey. The Agora ruins are worth a visit to get an idea of what the ancient city was like. There are also several significant museums in the city. We walked all over the city, but there is a tram system.

We took 3 rooms for 6 nights for the 7 of us. Each one of us loved the location. It's a hotel with a small entrance right of the street. This hotel staff is extremely courteous...the location is perfect. Close walking distance to many restaurants and other hotels. The room sizes in suites rooms are big, much bigger than other hotels around... This hotel is a high value for money... I would definitely be staying here next time I am in Izmir for work.
The apartment was very nice. The owner was very helpful and very kind also. Upon departure of the hotel, she messaged us and told all the details regarding hotel. The documents also had all the details regarding places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, all activities that can be done in izmir. Basically evrything that we need to know. For me as a foreigners, it really helped us. Thank you the owner, we wish we can stay more than one day
The staff of the hotel is very kind and helpful. They offered free water and helped me with luggage and phone charge. They also have been very kind and gave me a late check out. I will stay again there when I will be again in Izmir
The location is excellent. We stayed at the Executive Suite which came with access to the executive lounge. The food was decent. The facilities and the staff were excellent too. Easily one of the best hotels in İzmir.
I mostly booked this hotel because of the balcony seating area. And although we spent most of our time in Alsancak, we enjoyed the walk from the hotel. The Izmir Kulture Park is minutes away.
