This hotel is great. Our room was renovated and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The location was great for our goal, we wanted to be close to Now Arena. For that purpose it was great. However, if you want to go to downtown, it’s really far away.

    Great cofffee room was very dusty like not cleaned in months small pillows looked like for kids ceiling in room over bed was leaking the drip kept us up all night room was not cleaned all week asked for it never done had to beg for towels internet after 3 days went out tv was not clear channel lineup was terrible

    Hoffman Estates is soul-less.

    Hoffman Estates is soul-less. Plenty of strip malls and little else to recommend in this sprawling suburb. Restaurants are mainly in neighbouring suburbs, although I did find a good Thai establishment (Thai Siri). Naturally, a car is essential.

    I was only there for a couple days but Hoffman has...

    I was only there for a couple days but Hoffman has everything you could need (like most Chicago suburbs). It has VERY nice homes and a lovely country club. If the mayor were to give me a free home I would move there (I'm just saying).

    Close to the highway and near aot of places too ear.

    Close to the highway and near aot of places too ear. IHOP is just a short walk away from the hotel. There's also a gas station across the street. Nice location for travelers with a friendly and helpful staff

    What I liked the most was everyone at the hotel was very kind polite and pleasant the place was very convenient it hat everything you can ask for: gym pool restaurant and lots of retail stores very very close

    Ideally I would have like a room with a whirlpool in a higher floor. I would have liked to check in earlier and check out later. The shower was awesome the room was missing a microwave since there was no room service that would have helped to have the ability to warm my food since I had to go out in the cold and snow to get food. No room service would have been nice to know up from
