This had the look and feel of a five-star luxury hotel without enormously high room cost. Every detail was taken into consideration, from the lobby area to the hallways it was very clean and stylish. The outdoor patio with staffed bar was a nice surprise that overlooked the park, we actually found ourselves staying at the hotel longer than we normally would.

First, I was born in Spokane, then swept away as an infant never to return until this summer (at age 72!) when a business trip to Kennewick, Washington for my husband, put me close enough to enjoy 24 hours in Spokane.
The World's Fair of 1974 encouraged Spokane to do a major cleanup of the railyards and the waterfront. The remnants of the fair still exist and the waterfront is beautiful and fun. We rode in a skyride over the waterfall in downtown Spokane. Yes there is a waterfall downtown and it is gorgeous. We also rode on the indoor carousel. We walked extensively in the waterfront area. There is lots of parking albeit mostly paid. We went up to the exquisite Manito Park overlooking the city in a beautiful area of old homes many mid-century or craftsman. We had an amazing breakfast at a restaurant called the Old European, yum.
There is an outdoor skating path in downtown where you can rent skates and it is iced over in the winter for ice skating as they also rent ice skates.

I came to Spokane to meet up with friends and attend the Farm Chicks Show , the home we stayed in was perfect. It was very nice space , comfortable and spotless . Without knowing Spokane at all , the home was in very short distance to Starbucks and the Fairgrounds.

Spokane is a vibrant city with a rich history.
Spokane is a vibrant city with a rich history. Beautiful turn of the century architecture, built when railroads were the king!
Lots of great restaurant options, fun shops, microbreweries. Definitely take a walk on the Centennial Trail along the river, and see the falls. The Sky tram across the falls is fun!

Spokane has good and bad.
Spokane has good and bad.
Food scene and walking the downtown are is good.
Parking is expensive and sucks. Cleanliness and safety downtown especially at night is a concern. The old lyrics, "The freaks come out at night." are appropriate.
Even Spokane is experiencing similar degredation as Portland, Seattle etc.
Why do these cities allow themselves to become so unsafe and dirty? all pretty much run by the libtards.

I only spent my time in Downtown which has nice restaurants and everything is within walking distance.
The best part is the beautiful natural park called "Riverfront Park" where the Spokane river is traversing; there are playgrounds for children, benches for relaxation, jogging trails, a pond with geese and ducks, a small Japanese garden and an open auditorium for performances. The garden with huge trees is magnificent. This park with the natural river in the middle of downtown is uniquely Spokane.

I didn’t like anything. It was located in a ratty section of Spokane with homeless and addicts everywhere around the area and hotel. I didn’t feel safe. No parking, only a surprise $30 fee to have it parked two blocks away. No manager available to talk to. Had to talk to restaurant manager who was of absolutely no help.
Crappy property and I can’t believe Bookings.com recommended it.
Absolutely lovely stay, we didn't get to see much of Spokane because of the weather but the area where the hotel was, was lovely and easy to get in and out even in the snow. Lots of great eateries close by. Parking available. Very clean, great breakfast, tea and coffee always available, staff were super helpful and friendly and the room was huge, clean and comfortable.
The facilities were very beautiful and gave the whole experience a general pleasant and safe feeling. We found the extra wall bed to be extremely enjoyable and comfortable and the location of the hotel was very good as well.
The food at the restaurant was amazing, the river walk access was so cool, the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our new go-to in Spokane. Next time we’ll check out the pool!
