When you enter the hotel from the street, you will be astonished by the courtyard that awaits you. You will be met by a several members of the hotel ready to make you feel at home with a treat and drink. A neat elevator will take you up to your floor. The breakfast was outstanding with a large selection. We took advantage of the Tour Desk in the lobby for two tours (one for Thanh Chuong's Viet Village, which I had trouble booking on-line). A great place, overall.
