Auchendennan FarmSelf Catering Cottages offers a beautiful setting in Arden, a short walk from the shores of Loch Lomond and only 2 miles from Balloch. What a lovely property. The studio was spacious and well lit. It was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and beds were super comfy. The private garden was the highlight. Also, although a bit further from the city, which shouldn’t be a problem even if you don’t have a car since cabs are easily available, it was right across the road from the loch. The farm right outside the cottages was lovely. Peaceful location.

Located 29 km from Glasgow Botanic Gardens, Skyline Lodge Loch Lomond Castle Lodges offers accommodation with a patio. Loved all the little extra touches, a fully equipped kitchen to cook. Two bathrooms and two options in the shower. Just the little bit extra in every way, exceptional.

Offering a garden and garden view, Glassford House is set in Glasgow, 8.6 km from Mugdock Country Park and 11 km from Glasgow Botanic Gardens. Wonderful rooms and friendly hosts. They were very helpful and quite accommodating. Very peaceful place to be. We truly enjoyed it!

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Cheerful One bedroom cottage with parking space. My stay at the cottage was a fantastic experience. The hosts were friendly and supportive. I would recommend the place for anyone coming to Glasgow anytime any day. Thanks Sandra for the hospitality.

Featuring a hot tub, Pirnie Lodge Holiday Lets is located in Slamannan. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. We stayed in Lilly's Pad. It was absolutely lovely. Clean, cute, enough room for two. A great shower! A fully equipped kitchen. Anne, our host was amazing. There were pancakes, eggs, cereal, fresh milk and orange juice waiting for us. The accomodation comes with a hottub, that was hot and ready. And with a view!

Offering a garden and mountain view, South Barlogan Farm is located in Bridge of Weir, 23 km from Ibrox Stadium and 23 km from House for an Art Lover. It was so peaceful! Even though we were so close to home we felt like we were miles away - so tranquil. The gorgeous fire in the main house was so cosy and because we had also booked the little hut we had use of the hot tub. The little hut was beautiful and I could definitely have moved in there forever haha. Great hosts who were very helpful.

Featuring free WiFi, Cornhill Castle offers accommodation in Biggar. Edinburgh is 45 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site. The bathtub and shower in the suite were amazing! Customer service was exceptional.

Loch Lomond Finnich Cottages features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Drymen, 15 km from Mugdock Country Park. Really perfect. Marvelous location, in a private estate a mile away from the road, historic building renovated to perfection. Very spacious.. Very quiet. Very everything.

Located within 20 km of Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome and 20 km of Celtic Park in Airdrie, Shawlee Cottage features accommodation with seating area. Fantastic place to stay for Scotland exploration. The cottage is cosy, very clean and with some history. Sandy and Cathy are lovely couple. Their Scottish breakfast is delicious. It was our first visit to Scotland and thanks to Sandy's advices we have seen great places that we would have missed. We will highly recommend Shawlee Cottage to everyone. And we will be back :)

Situated in the town of Barrhead, on the edge of the Gleniffer Braes, Dalmeny Park House Hotel is 10 miles southwest of Glasgow. they gave us an upgrade of our room. It was wonderfull. and the diner and breakfast was excellent.
