Jet black night for stargazing with next to no light pollution. Ate out, but would have been very comfortable there if we needed to cook. AC a little loud, but fine if set and left. Only note, no blinds upstairs so if using the mezzanine as an actual bedroom be aware you’ll be awake at sunrise.

Ryan was a great host who contacted us a couple of times to ensure all was well and responed quickly to the one question we had. I highly recvommend a stay at this proprty.
