It's in a lovely quiet location on the hill overlooking the Algrave. The service and friendliness was great, they even got us an adapter for our plugs! I would recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made you feel like a part of their home. The location is exceptional - walking distance from a beautiful local beach that is far less crowded than other Algarve beaches. The setting was relaxing and the daily breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at an accommodation. We were so delighted and recharged from our stay - thank you Felipe and team!

She had wonderful recommendations for places to eat, towns to visit, beaches, plans, and even a nearby supermarket that helped us fix wonderful suppers at "home".

The units at the country house feature private entrance and soundproofing so guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. All units are air conditioned and include a seating and/or dining area. At the country house, all units have a private bathroom with bathrobes and a hair dryer. The Hospedaria is a lovely, quiet and peaceful place near to the great Algarve beaches and Tavira, but away from any crowd and mass tourism. We liked the spacious and stylish rooms - each of the five with its own terrace - and many hidden places to sit and relax in the house or the beautiful garden. The day starts with a great breakfast with fresh fruits, eggs, joghurt with granola, cake, toasted bread, cheese and fresh juice & coffee. Awesome is a Dinner for two at the old Fireplace or with the other guests at the long wooden table. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was really nice and clean, I especially loved the common area, the kitchen had everything and the owner was very nice and took us to the market and back by car

It is located in a rural area, and the small way leading up to the gate might lower your expectations. But what a place. An amiable and likable host - Miguel - welcomed us as the season's first guests and we had the whole establishment ourselves. The country house is very modern and minimalistic and has all amenities you could ask for. Swimming pool, pool table, sun beds, huge garden with loads of fruit trees. The breakfast was served in the garden and was delicious and included all you could dream of including eggs as you like them. And they are from their own chicken. Miguel makes sure the visit has a personal touch and you always feel welcome when approaching him. He managed table reservations and we could arrange a wine tasting. We would have stayed longer if we could - but will come back.

Paula the property manager is a domestic GODDESS! Paula and the rest of the staff are lovely! Best breakfast you will ever have in your life. I was absolutely obsessed with the wine they included in the fridge. I’m sad I didn’t buy any bottles to take with me! I want to move in!! I want to live there I felt so at peace!
