Everything. The staff was incredible, very polite, answered all questions and incredibly friendly. I booked a message too and the experience was above great. (My massagist was Tatjana and she explained everything so I knew what to pick and what to expect)

Really nice hotel with all the right touches. The rooms even had a balcony overlooking the country fields. Not far from restaurants and has a 24 hour petrol station on premises. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel with a huge room. Everything was clean and new. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The pool area was also great. But the best was the view, especially from the restaurant on the 4th floor! I would definitely come back!

Hotell Integra Banja Luka asub Banja Lukas, 1,7 km kaugusel Kasteli kindlusest. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, terrass ja restoran. This hotel had its own charm. Staff were helpful, polite and pleasant.
