I wanted to go to the country and live in a place where I could live on my own terms. I was very worried at first about how the hotel would be. But after visiting the hotel I liked it a lot. I got exactly what I wanted. I have requested my friend to stay in this hotel when they come to Sylhet, because I like their service very much. I used to come to the hotel after many nights, they always opened the gate for me, I annoyed them a lot, but they always gave me service. I like the fact that they never get bored. Especially Asad bhai, he used to stay up till night just for me, I actually used to open the gate for me. I got a very good experience from here. Thank you Jatra🥰

The stay was very comfortable. I loved the rooms, they were clean, had comfortable beds. The reception desk was very helpful. Their breakfast buffet is excellent! their restaurant manager is very professional and caring, the staff will personally look after your comfort. They also made chai for me every day. The food, apart from the buffet, is also excellent. Their taste and portion sizes are really good. They also have 24 hours room service so food is available all the time hence they do not allow outside food. The location is very convenient as its right opposite karwan bazaar metro, CNGs or autos, rickshaws, and cabs are easily available from there. the only draw back is that there is come construction going on... and hence cabs will not enter into the lane, but you can easily walk to the hotel via the lane. You can use star kababs as location and then take the lane next to Hero Honda show room. They are also very close to Basundhara city Mall.

Great location, and a very spacious and spotiessly clean room. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the breakfast variety every morning. The staff are totally professional, pleasant, and helpful. They all went the extra mile and seemed genuinely proud to be working at Hotel The Capital. The manager, Tuffajjul, offers 5 star service with a smile and genuine warmth, and the breakfast restaurant was extremely well run by Tayeabul, Shahim, and Soykot. Thank you all for looking after us so well! Comfortable and very good value. Highly recommended.
