Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a nice and quiet location, but definitely not too far away from the touristic places. I recommend that for the first time you leave the hotel, to take a walk and enjoy the architecture of the neighbourhood. The room was spacious, the noise (from other guests) was minimal and overall my expectations were definitely exceeded. If I ever come back to Beijing, I will stay here again. I recommend it!

Super excellent team of staff. They go above and beyond to help and make you welcome and comfortable. One staff at front desk was super quick on his feet, didn't get his name, male, short hair with glasses. Very knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and quick to answer questions and help. Place was clean, new and quiet during my stay. Cleaning staff was excellent and detail oriented. Bed and pillow was excellent and temp in room was comfy and super quiet experience. Def worth the experience.

The host was very helpful with ideas of itineraries, which is important considering that it’s a huge park. The location is inside the park, and they helped with all the instructions to arrive. Once you enter the park and take a cable car, there is a bus that takes you close to the hotel, and from there you need to walk 5 min. They offered well priced foods and drinks.
