He helped arrange airport shuttles and made booking the stay easy. As a solo female traveler coming in late, this was great. The location is fantastic, and I love the art and inspiration in the building. Hostel vibes but with private rooms on a budget! I felt safe staying here and the facilities were clean and everyone was very friendly.

We had the most wonderful experience at the Picnic Atitlan. Everything was amazing from the room open on the nature to the food which was delicious. Every morning we had the most unique breakfast with the view on the lake and volcano and the night an excellent dinner cooked directly from the chef behind the bar. The service is just perfect and all the staff is taking really good care of you. The view is breathtaking. The room was very comfortable, specially the bed. One of the best hotel I have been so far. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity and recommend this place to everyone around the world.

All of the staff was so kind and welcoming. We originally booked this hotel for one night. But after going to our Airbnb, we rebooked the rest of our stay with las cruces. It is a home away from home. We felt like we were the only guests there. I love it and will come back!!
