The welcome by the security personnel especially Christopher was so warm and friendly it made us happy and a sense of security. The office staff was very helpful especially Rehinna who was very warm and professional. The staff in general was very courteous and friendly and approachable.

We visited to attend the cricket World Cup and the location was fantastic walking distance but facilities were wonderful from the great breakfast, to the wonderful housekeeping staff , casino, proximity to the mall all do great!! Grand Coastal Hotel looks as good as the pictures and more. We had a beautiful room, and loved using the pool. The food was exceptional and by far the best we had in Guyana. We did not need to leave the accommodation for our entire stay as a result, which can be nice after the busyness and intensity of Georgetown. The manager was quick to respond to any issues we had, and allowed us to stay late using the pool before we left, which we greatly appreciated.
